I was always better and quick to react to standing up for others. Myself not so much. I understand why, self-worth took a beating in childhood so this was a lesson learned back to front in my case. It’s hard to learn how to stand up for yourself later on in life as you navigate the attachment to trauma within and away from people pleasing, biting your tongue, angry emotions etc. Some great tips in here thank you 🙏
